Arrival of guests	Assalamualaikum and a very good evening. Before the event starts, I would like to invite the guests to be seated as the ceremony will begin soon. Salutation	Bismillahirahmanirrahim. Greetings to, Monica Ong, Marketing Director of I-City Puan Nor Azian Ibrahim, CEO of Azian Empire Group (AEG) Encik Mohd Zamrizal Dahalan, Director of Azian Empire Group (AEG) Mr. Maxime Chaury, Country Manager of Zen Rooms and Team Media Partners and Fellow Bloggers. Assalamualaikum wbt and a very good evening to all ladies and gentlemen in the hall. Welcome to the SIGNING CEREMONY OF IPLACE MANAGEMENT AND ZEN ROOMS.   In this captivating I-City Sales Gallery, we shall witness the collaboration of I-Place Management Sdn Bhd with Zen Rooms Malaysia. Lets start off with an intro for I-Place Management, It is a company under the AEG Group of Companies, a bumiputera hospitality management service operator. Through its CEO Zulkifli Shahari, the company has grown from managing a modest 5 homestay units to now more than 100 units in I-City. It is among the fastest growing bumiputera hospitality management service operator here in Malaysia. Stay tuned as it will make its way into Melaka, Penang, Mecca and Medinah very soon. Now, abit of introduction for Zen Rooms, It is the first network of budget accommodation in South East Asia. Zen Rooms provide top value-for-money accommodation by guaranteeing all the key essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Speaker’s speech	Moving on, I welcome Mr. Maxime Chaury, Country Manager of Zen Rooms Malaysia to deliver his insights. Thank you to Mr. Maxime Chaury for the speech and insights.
Signing Agreement Session	Now, I welcome both Encik Zulkifli Shahari and Mr. Maxime Chaury to continue with the signing agreement session. Usher may guide the representatives. Media partners may take position to take photos.
